We are honored to announce that comedian, bestselling author, and entertainment icon Jeff Foxworthy will be the featured speaker for
Middle Tennessee Christian School’s 29th Annual Legacy of Light Gala.
As our premier spring fundraising event, the Legacy of Light Gala remains critically important as we seek to make excellent Christian education accessible to students at MTCS. God has blessed our school tremendously through your generous participation and faithful support. We invite you to be part of one of the most anticipated and talked-about evenings on our campus and in our community.
The Legacy of Light Gala will be held in the MTCS Varsity Gym and is exclusively for sponsors and their guests.
No general admission or individual reserved seat tickets will be available for purchase.
Jeff Foxworthy is one of the most respected and successful comedians in the country. He is the best-selling comedy-recording artist in history, a multiple Grammy Award nominee, and the author of more than 26 books. In 2014, he was inducted into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame. While widely known for his iconic “You Might Be a Redneck If…” jokes, his comedy reaches far beyond that—exploring everyday family life and human nature in a way often compared to Mark Twain.
Jeff will be filming an all-new comedy special this April, set for release later this year. His most recent special, The Good Old Days, is currently streaming on Netflix. He also hosts Jeff and Larry’s Comedy Roundup on SIRIUSXM, highlighting the best in American comedy.
Foxworthy’s television career spans decades. He has hosted NBC’s Bring The Funny, FOX’s Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?, A&E’s What’s It Worth?, and GSN’s The American Bible Challenge, among many others. He was a pioneer of the Blue Collar Comedy Tour, co-creating and starring in Blue Collar TV, with tour films becoming some of Comedy Central’s highest-rated programming.
As an author, Foxworthy has produced several New York Times bestsellers, including the Redneck Dictionary series and numerous children’s books. His final solo comedy album debuted at #1 on the Billboard Comedy Charts, further cementing his legacy in American entertainment.
Beyond the stage and screen, Jeff is also an entrepreneur and founder of Foxworthy Outdoors. His impact spans comedy, television, publishing, radio, and business—making him one of the most recognizable and beloved entertainers in the country. Jeff is open about the role his Christian faith plays in his life. He has spoken about growing up in church, engaging deeply with Scripture, and serving others through long-standing involvement with a local mission. His commitment to faith, family, and service reflects values that resonate strongly with the mission of MTCS.
Seize the opportunity to be part of this unforgettable evening. Sponsorships are limited, and we expect strong interest for this special event.
We look forward to celebrating another remarkable Legacy of Light Gala with you.
