The Patrons Association invites you to our annual Spaghetti Supper and Live Auction on Thursday, February 15th. The Spaghetti Supper and Live Auction are long-standing MTCS traditions. Last year, the two separate events were combined to make one big FUN night for our school family and was a huge success raising over $80,000 for our school. We are excited to see what this year brings. You don’t want to miss this evening filled with fellowship, really cool auction items, and the entertainment the bidding provides!

Live Auction – 6:00 pm in the Miller Gym

There is no charge to attend or place bids at the auction.

THERE WILL BE DRAWINGS!
During our auction, we will draw for ONE MONTH FREE TUITION and a $100 CAFETERIA CREDIT. You must be present at the auction to win and you must have registered for a bid number before the auction begins. Drawings will be selected by bid number.

Many of you have asked how you can get involved, and we have some great ways for you to do so:

DONATE/PROCURE ITEMS FOR THE AUCTION
If you own a business, we would greatly appreciate your donation of a product or gift card/certificate for services. If your family does not own a business, you can still contribute by purchasing an item to be placed in the auction. In the past, we have received items such as power tools, Solo stoves, Yeti coolers, handbags, and jewelry. Multiple families can also team up to create a bundle or gift basket to donate.

For those who own vacation homes, we would be grateful for a donation of a stay. Our vacation packages always bring a bidding war. We understand that these properties are investments, so we welcome any restrictions you may have for peak seasons.

Other auction items that have been popular over the years have been offerings such as Front Row to High School and Kindergarten Graduations, University of Tennessee Football Tickets, Nashville Predators Packages, Tennessee Titans Tickets, catered meals, event venue use, HVAC services, exercise packages, birthday party packages, spa packages, car service packages, specialty athletic equipment, signed memorabilia, grills, smokers, experiences like pizza parties for a class, a trip to the movies for a class, etc.
