Financial Aid
Middle Tennessee Christian School is pleased to offer the opportunity of need-based Financial Aid to our families who desire to enroll in TK-12 grades. The Financial Aid program is available to students who are currently enrolled at Middle Tennessee Christian School or new students in the application process.
● Aid is awarded on a first come, first serve basis until funds are exhausted
● 50% of tuition is the maximum amount of aid awarded if a family qualifies
● The average award is 30% or less

Current MTCS Families:
Applications for Financial Aid for returning students will coincide with reenrollment
● Apply February 1st
● Application and all supporting documents should be uploaded by March 1st for priority consideration
New Applicants to MTCS:
● Applications for Financial Aid will open February 1st
● Upload supporting documents with your application
● An email is send when the application is received
● An email is sent when tax documents are verified
● In order to be considered for aid, you must be going through the admissions process for enrollment; which includes the online application, requesting records and teacher evaluations and scheduled admissions testing
The Financial Aid committee meets on average once a month beginning in mid-March. To be considered for the first distribution of financial aid, a complete application including all tax documents must be in the system by March 1st. Please note that all funds were exhausted for the current school year, so apply and upload documents in early February or as soon as possible thereafter.
