TOA/MMC to offer sports physicals
Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance and physicians/staff from Middle Tennessee Medical Center will again offer pre-participation physicals for prospective middle and high school student athletes on Saturday, April 21, 2012. MTCS students are scheduled for 8:30 a.m. at the TOA office on Medical Center Parkway. Click here for more information.
Compassion in Action book drive
The children of MTCS Early Learning Center have kicked off their very first book drive. For the month of March, they will be collecting new or gently-used children's books and have set a goal of 2,012 books. Recipients are Read to Succeed of Rutherford County and Ford-Madden Christian Academy. Ford-Madden Christian is our sister school at MTCS. They serve children as young as four-years of age through the 12th grade in Monrovia, Liberia. They have acquired some very generous sponsors already, and have very generous children and families bringing in books. If you have books you would like to donate, please call the Li'l Cougar Den and ask for Carol or email Mrs. Lori at lorigonzales@mtcscougars.org. We thank you, in advance, for any donations and greatly appreciate your prayers that the Book Drive will be a huge success. (Click here for pictures)

Concert Performance Assessment
Congratulations to the High School Band for receiving straight superior ratings at Concert Performance Assessment on March 6th, 2012. This is the first time in school history that the High School Band has participated in this adjudicated festival, and the bar has been set extremely high for future groups! We are proud of your hard work!
