JAMES C. HAILE
STATE INVITATIONAL TOURNAMENT
The
2010 James C. Haile State Invitational Tournament, which is hosted by Middle
Tennessee Christian School, will be held January 16-30, 2010.
This tournament began in 1974, making it the oldest junior high state
basketball tournament in Tennessee. In
1984, the tournament was renamed to honor one of the events’ founders, Coach
James C. Haile.
The
tournament abides by TSSAA rules and has four divisions,
boys large, boys small, girls large, and girls small. The teams with the
best records in each division are invited to participate.
Cheerleaders are not allowed to perform musical half-time routines
because of time constraints.

Directions to MTCS:
MTCS is located at 100 E. MTCS Road just off Highway 231 North in Murfreesboro, TN.
From Nashville, take Exit 78B (Highway 96) toward Murfreesboro. Follow the
signs for Highway 231. After passing through the fifth traffic light, the school
will be on the right.
