Tuition 2012-2013

APPLICATION FEE			$75.00
	The application fee is a one-time fee due with the application. Online applications can be accepted for the 2013-14 school year.
REGISTRATION FEE			$350.00 ($250.00 for Pre-K)
	The registration fee of $250.00 for pre-school and $350.00 for kindergarten thru 12th grade is due after student is accepted and registration is completed. Families with three or more applicants will pay a maximum of two registration fees. Application fee of $75 must be paid on all applicants.
TUITION
	Pre-K 3 & 4 Half Day		$5,100.00
	Pre-K 3 & 4 Full Day		$7,230.00
	Transition Kindergarten - 6th		$7,340.00
	7th-12th		$7,480.00
	Discounts
		2% discount if tuition paid in full by Registration Day
	Multi-Student	5% discount for two students from the same family
		30% discount for three or more students from the same family. (Note: Children must reside in the same household.)

	Payments are due on the tenth of each month until the final monthly payment due on May 10, is paid. All accounts must be paid in full before the end of the school term for the release of final grades.
	Tuition does not include extended care on holidays, in-service days, and days when classes at MTCS are cancelled due to snow, ice, or other unscheduled closings. Pre-K through 6th grade extended care may be made available on these days for an extra fee. Tuition does not include TK-12th grade lunch.
EXTENDED CARE
	After-school care is available from 3:15-5:30 p.m. for transition kindergarten through the sixth grade for an extra fee.

TUITION ASSISTANCE
	Tuition assistance may be available to eligible families. To qualify, families must submit a parents' financial statement to the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS). The necessary forms can be obtained at MTCS. The amount of assistance awarded will depend on the level of need established by SSS as well as the available funds and number of applicants. Students who receive tuition assistance will not be eligible for varsity athletic participation in grades 9-12.
